KOHL’S + SIMPLY VERA

PMH brought me onto this project to punch up their stop-motion techniques for promoting Vera Wang’s spring collection at Kohl’s. It was exciting to work with a big team of people over just two days with the tools available at the Kohl’s studio. It was a challenge, but we got there, and I’m especially happy with how the See-Saw animation turned out, which you can see above. We also animated a Rubik’s cube to later be referenced for 3D animation, an origami crane which was then edited to look like a hand towel in post-production, plus one shot that included a number of other items suspended in mid-air.
